How NDC helped
NDC contacted Sarah to understand her skill set and capabilities. Michael Zimnicki Jr (Director of Development, NDC) and NDC got involved, in helping, training and educating Sarah in her Job search. Michael onboarded Sarah in Federal Mogul and connected her with one of their leadership programs that could benefit from Sarah’s military history. Sarah was really impressed with NDC team on how we were able to clearly understand her skills and requirements.
With NDC’s support and guidance, Sarah successfully transitioned to civilian work life. Sarah moved to South Bend, Indiana and working now in a manufacturing facility fabricating pistons for small gasoline engines as a Manufacturing Engineer and she loves every day of it.
